ALDA invites you to our annual Service & Support Executives Conference. Join us on Wednesday, April 24 to discuss issues top of mind to ALDA member companies. Attendees will hear from experts in the field and have an opportunity to dive deeper into these topics during breakout rooms.
Mike Rembelski, Vice President, Global Service at Danaher Corporation/Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, will discuss how his organization shifted towards remote service utilizing AI, and Sean Jordan, Business & Quality Director, Global Biomolecular Service with Agilent Technologies, will share how his company continues to work on improving talent acquisition and development at all levels of the organization.
Following their sessions, the speakers will host breakout rooms specific to their topics. There will also be other breakout topics you can choose from. We look forward to seeing you there!
