Join our senior executive community for an evening of networking with other senior executives of ALDA members in the San Francisco Bay Area outside of our semi-annual meetings, and to meet executives new to ALDA.

We are delighted to have Robert Siegel as our speaker.

Rob Siegel is a Lecturer in Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business and the author of The Systems Leader, which examines how executives lead effectively within complex, interconnected organizations; aligning stakeholders, balancing innovation with execution, and making decisions amid ongoing uncertainty. At the ALDA Dinner in Menlo Park, Rob will share insights drawn from his research, teaching, and work with senior leaders across industries.

This session will explore the skills required of leaders in a world of constant crisis and increasingly rapid technological change, and examine why previous models of leadership no longer work in today's environment. We will look at leaders who are successfully getting their companies through these difficult times, and the ways that they make this happen.
